Constitution Hill, just outside King's Lynn, was shut at 7.55am on Friday after a collision between a Ford Transit and a Volvo tractor unit and trailer.

Emergency services, including fire crews and ambulance services, attended the scene.

The Ford Transit driver suffered serious injuries.

He was transported to the hospital but later died.

The A47 reopened 10 hours later.

Police are now urging any witnesses to come forward.
