Former library sells for well above £125,000 guide price at auction

The library, located off Connaught Road in Attleborough, is a post-war building that was created to house 12,000 books when it opened in 1959.

It went under the hammer with BTG Eddisons Property Auctions last week, fetching £193,500 and comfortably surpassing its guide........
