Fly-tippers prosecuted after pushchairs, boots and bin bags dumped in town
Ana Rodrigues and Petre Batrinu were both issued fixed penalty notices (FPNs) by Great Yarmouth Borough Council but did not pay, resulting in further legal action.
Environmental rangers discovered a large quantity of waste dumped by the bottle bank and clothes bank in Beaconsfield Road on November 29 last year.

A search of the rubbish led officers to Rodrigues, who admitted under caution to dumping items including pushchairs and bags of rubbish.
