Council rules advert on side of grade-listed building may have to come down
Plans were initially submitted to retain the 14ft high by 7ft wide hoarding on the side of the 24 St Stephens Road building, near the St Stephens roundabout.
However applicant Inschool Media, who also recently applied to install a digital billboard in Sweet Briar Road, had its proposal shot down by Norwich City Council.
If retrospective planning permission is refused, the council may issue an enforcement notice........
