The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was arrested in Somers Road, Wisbech, on February 27.

Police had received a report from somebody at the nearby Horsefair shopping centre who had seen two people who potentially had weapons.

Officers searched the area and found the boy with a man and a woman in a gated-off area close to the White Lion Hotel.
