John-Bruce Miller, 41, of Goodwins Road in King's Lynn, was caught after being spotted by witnesses and being seen on CCTV.

Some of the thefts took place at the College of West Anglia and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Miller admitted to four counts of stealing a pedal cycle, one count of attempting to steal a pedal cycle, possession of an article for use in theft and a count of being in possession of a pedal........
