SØD Bakery is based in Hevingham and was launched by Veronika Marshall in April 2021.

Now, it has been revealed that the bakery will be serving its cinnamon buns, stollen and Danish pastries from a unit in St Saviours Yard, a container village that has just opened in Norwich.

Ms Marshall said: "This year has been, without question, one of the busiest trading years SØD has ever had.
