The protestors met on the outskirts of Shotesham to form a human chain across one of the village's footpaths.

If the East Pye development goes ahead, the path will cut through two fields which will be covered in panels.

The proposed solar farm would span would span 2,700 acres in the village and the surrounding areas and has sparked strong local opposition.
