Developers have lodged a fresh bid with Breckland Council to build the 60-bed facility on land next to the junction of Draytonhall Lane and the A47 in Scarning, at the western edge of Dereham.

The initial application was refused and an appeal of this decision to the Planning Inspectorate thrown out.

But developers hope they can address previous........
