The 25-year-old had last been seen by his family at around 8.30am on August 10 last year and had described him as “having appeared low in mood”.

Shortly before 8pm, his brother became concerned after not seeing him all day and went to his bedroom where he found the door had been locked.

He broke it down and saw his brother lying on the floor unresponsive.

He began giving CPR and called 999. Despite his efforts, and those of the paramedics, Mr Cole was declared dead.

Police later found personal videos Mr Cole had recorded for his family to watch after his death, as well as a quantity of the toxic powder he had obtained and researched online.........
