Isabel Howe died in January 2024 after spending two months in hospital as a result of a crash in Swanton Avenue in Dereham.

The incident happened shortly before noon on November 29, when a Renault Master van driven by Mervyn Lightning reversed into her as she crossed the road.

An inquest into Mrs Howe's death heard that Mr Lightning had just made a delivery to one of her neighbours and climbed back into his van.
