Andrew Rowland, known as Andy, died at his home in Hilgay in February this year at the age of 54.

An inquest into his death heard he was found unresponsive on February 15 following a deliberate act of self-harm.

But the court heard that Mr Rowland, who his loved ones described as a "soft, caring and loving man", had not previously raised any concern about his mental health.
