Victoria Baker, from Aylsham, was an inpatient at Hellesdon Hospital in October when she was found in her room having taken an act of self-harm.

She was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, but died on November 17 as a result of the injuries she suffered.

An inquest into her tragic death is due to be held in front of a jury later this year and is scheduled to last for two weeks.
