Bernard Crathorne was serving a sentence at HMP Norwich when he was discovered deceased in his cell by prison medical staff.

Crathorne, who was 92, had been jailed after breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order which prohibited him from making any unsupervised contact with children under the age of 16.

He had previously been convicted of sexual assault on a girl under the age of 13 and another count of causing........
