NHS service which saw just 29 patients in a year SAVED in cuts U-turn

NHS Norfolk and Waveney, the region's integrated care board, announced an abrupt end to a consultation into the future of a host of primary care services.

Among these was the out-of-hours GP service, which offers face-to-face appointments for patients overnight and at weekends.

Under the abandoned proposals, the service would have ceased to operate in a number of locations across the county, with patients instead sent further........
