Chris Bown, who most recently led Health and Community Services in Jersey, has been appointed interim executive managing director at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in King's Lynn.

The post is a newly-created role as part of the effective merger of Norfolk's three main hospitals - which has seen the creation of the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group.
