Developer Maltings Grove wants to build more than 60 homes on a brownfield site near the centre of Dereham.

The plans include a mix of bungalows and family homes (Image: Newsquest) Maltings Grove revealed the plans during a public exhibition, which it hosted at Toftwood Social Club on Tuesday.

It had announced it would be holding the consultation but declined to provide further details until the event, leading to mystery surrounding them.
