Anger as council tells people living in flats to fix floor City Hall ripped up
Occupants in flats at Distillery Square off Dereham Road say that workers from Norwich City Council tore up plastic decking as it had become a trip hazard and "was sinking into the floor".
But months later, the communal flooring is still exposed foundations, which is uneven and peppered with holes.

To make matters worse, after complaints from folk living in the six flats, the council left a bag of asphalt and told........
