The buildings at the city's bus station and at the six park and ride sites are currently managed and maintained by Konectbus.

The firm has had the contract since 2015, but it comes to an end in September, prompting Norfolk County Council to start the tendering process to award a new contract to run the sites.

The company will be expected to run the county council owned bus station, including managing the movement of buses, providing a customer service desk and maintaining the site and buildings.
