How can farmers adapt to the challenges of a 'warming, wetter world'?

Agri-TechE’s event on May 14 will bring together experts to explore climate resilience and mitigation strategies which could help farmers adapt to the increasing ferocity, frequency and duration of extreme weather.

Speakers include north Norfolk farmer Alistair Cargill, executive member of the Rural Economy Research Group.

He said: “Climate change is real – we are in big trouble when it comes to food production worldwide and people need to understand the real dangers that are going to be forced upon us. But as land managers we can do something about that."
