The 34-acre property was previously operated by Rokewood Limited, which supplied produce including pak choi and choi sum.

The business, founded in 1987, ceased trading on March 25, with all staff made redundant.

Administrators said it had faced "sustained financial pressures" including rising costs, labour shortages and pricing challenges - further compounded by the death of its majority shareholder and sole director in February.
