North Norfolk Council has turned down James Bunn's plans to demolish farm buildings at Salthouse, near Holt and build houses for the second time.

It said the development off Cross Street would be sited in "an unsustainable location with a lack of basic day-to-day facilities and services".

Proposals for three homes on the site, near the Grade I listed village church, were lodged after plans for five new properties were turned down and an appeal was quashed in April over fears the development would........
