The NT has told locals that "a small group of interested individuals, including an architect" are forming a group to take over Tower Windmill at Burnham Overy Staithe, near Wells.

Peter Nicholson, the NT's manager for the Norfolk Coast and Broads, said the new organisation will lease the building from the trust and raise funds to restore it.

He told parish councillors proposed future uses for the windmill included open........
