The video shows a police car arrive on the pedestrian crossover on Regent Road by Great Yarmouth Market Gates, stop, and then drive up where buses turn in from King Street.

It was taken on Monday, May 19, the day on which the new format for the direction of traffic was introduced and which saw many drivers going the wrong way around town.
