Neighbours describe their shock as explosions rock coastal village
A fire at Winterton Hall in Winterton caused a "massive" explosion following a series of small ones at about 6.30am this morning ( February 17).
Flames quickly spread from the outbuilding in Spindrift Close to a nearby burger van, igniting a gas canister and causing a "massive explosion", according to neighbours.
The fire led to four neighbouring homes being evacuated and Norfolk Police confirmed that they have arrested a man in his 20s on suspicion of arson.

Lou Neville has lived in her home in The Cobbleways - which backs onto the driveway to the hall - for just over a year.
She said she was up with her husband at the break of dawn to walk her dogs when she heard the blast.
It was her who first called the fire service.
