The new facility will be built at Bracon Ash, on a corridor along the A140 which has become is being extensively developed by energy firms.

The area has become a focus for activity because of the proposed pylon route between Norwich and London.

Eighteen projects have already been built or are in the pipeline, with some relying on the approval of the government due to their size.
