Graham Thompson and Mike Ashwell are calling for justice after dozens of people reported being unfairly fined at the West Runton Village Car Park off Cromer Road.

While owned by the West Runton Social Club, the car park is operated by Parkingeye, a private company linked to 3,500 sites across the country.

A man, who did not wish to be named, said that he spent five minutes trying to park on July 15. Despite Parkingeye allowing a grace period of 10 minutes, he still received a fine.
