Chesterfield Lodge in West Street will be auctioned by Auction House East Anglia on June 18 with a guide price of £500,000 to £550,000, plus fees.

The detached house, built in 1879 in the picturesque ‘cottage orné’ style, is currently divided into two substantial self-contained apartments and is being sold as a freehold, though the flats each hold separate leasehold titles.
