Gridshark Athletic Performance, based in Wymondham, was founded 18 months ago by former F1 driver performance coach Paul Jewiss.

It works with racing drivers to optimise their physical and mental conditioning and enhance performance.

The company has now teamed up with the UEA’s MoveX Lab to provide both state-of-the-art testing and support for drivers.
