Boss of business set up from laptop in spare room shortlisted for 'woman of the year'
Carly Hughes started Immerse Safety in Great Yarmouth in March 2024. In the last year the consultancy firm has grown to have more than 20 clients across the UK.
The early success of the business has now led to Carly making the shortlist for Woman of the Year Award 2025 at the Safety and Health Excellence Awards, taking place at the NEC in Birmingham next month.
