Graham Platner is contending with yet another prominent exit from his Senate campaign staff as his Maine Senate candidacy continues to face scrutiny following several high-profile controversies.

Axios reports Kevin Brown, who just joined the team as campaign manager, is already exiting the role, according to sources. In a statement to the outlet, Brown cited personal reasons for his departure and did not allude to any of the numerous media reports swirling around the campaign.

“Graham is a dear friend,” Brown told Axios. “I started this campaign Tuesday but found out Friday we have a baby on the way. Graham deserves someone who is 100 percent in on his race and we want to lean into this new experience as a family, so it was best we step back........
