It seems that fear mongering has become the most preferred business model in all forms of advertising. Big Pharma uses fear to persuade people to “ask your doctor” about some high-priced concoction you have never even heard of; the pet food company tries to spook you into buying their expensive exotic special blend of pet food, or damn near anything else you might see advertised on television. More often than not, their doctor or whoever recommends their product is on the payroll of the advertiser. Most often the testimony offered is done by a paid actor, which is what the tiny print usually states. Fear mongering is big business.

However, the most damaging fear mongering is done on the political scene. For decades the fear mongering hoax about human caused climate change (HCCC) ) has resulted in squandering trillions and trillions of dollars that has negatively impacted most everyone in the civilized world. Worse yet, thousands of these scam artist hoaxers have become multi-millionaires in the process at your expense. How many people in the United States Congress are there because they scared their constituents into voting for them to “save the planet?” The whole green energy effort was and still is driven by fear, not science or common........
