Affordability: A Sad But True Reality

Affordability has a sad reality attached to it that could very well cost America and Donald Trump the Republican majority in both houses of Congress. The reality is that the majority of Americans, whether they voted for him or not, are prospering and enjoying the benefits of the great economy that has been created by President Trump.

However, too many of the minority who are not seeing the maximum benefits of the Trump economy are living under the communist-like thumb of anti-American Socialist Democrat governors and mayors who are taxing the taxpayers to death. While at the same time there are so many voters in those jurisdictions living off the golden teat of government welfare, so they simply don’t personally feel the benefits of the great Trump economy. Free stuff out trumps (pun intended) nearly everything else, including Trump’s great economy.

Those of us living in the free states (all states, or portions thereof, not controlled by Democrats) are seeing the benefits and differences between Obama and Biden economies and the Make America Great Again Trump economy, and we are loving it.

However, those living in blue municipalities (which includes nearly half of American voters), who don’t drive, live in rental properties, and may be on some sort of government funded charity, just won’t experience the benefits of the MAGA economy. These people usually vote Democrat because they are ignorant of economic reality. These people will whine about affordability and blame Trump, while the real culprit is the “tax and spend” Socialist Democrats who are the root cause of their unaffordability problem. The anti-American Socialist Democrats lie and their evil propaganda minions in the mainstream media work overtime to keep those voters ignorant of the truth.

For more than 200 years, the United States of America grew and prospered on the philosophy of “love thy neighbor” and honest interactions with each other. The anti-American Socialist Democrats have resorted to hate, dishonesty, lying, and cheating. The Socialist Democrats have nothing to offer except promises that they never keep. The newly elected governor of Virginia is the perfect example of the problem the Democrat Party has; she ran and was elected as a moderate, and now she is going to tax such things as dog walkers, dog groomers, and everything else she can. Governor Spanberger’s response to President Trump’s State of the Union speech was a pact of verifiable lies, accusing him of doing exactly what she did. Basically, the anti-America Socialist Democrats just have nothing more to offer American citizens except hate Trump.

The reality is that spewing hateful rhetoric and lies is an existential threat to liberty-loving American patriots and even the whole world. If the anti-American Socialist Democrat Party gets a majority in the House and/or Senate in the 2026 midterm elections, the Trump MAGA, MAHA, and MASA agendas will be critically hampered for the last two years of President Trump’s administration. Please vote accordingly.

After a 55 year career as a professional pilot in the military, in law enforcement, in the private sector, and in federal civil service, I am now retired.
