The operation culminated in synchronized raids across Germany and Belgium on March 25, where authorities arrested four Syrian nationals believed to be key organizers within the network. These arrests followed earlier actions that had already resulted in 17 detentions of lower-level operatives, bringing the total number of suspects apprehended to 21.
