The Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan’s win in the Absence Management category at Benefits Canada’s 2025 Workplace Benefits Awards is highlighting its collaborative approach to absence and disability management, says Dianna Ospina (pictured right), the organization’s associate director of benefits.
