Summertime and the livin' is easy

Summer is such a wonderful time. For starters, school is out. This blessing is enjoyed by children everywhere, and even more so by their teachers. So in keeping with the season, let us take a break from the endless skullduggery about the governor's pandering LEARNS Act, the president's mercurial solipsism, and the Democratic Party's dysfunction. Here are a few ways to redeem the time until the school bell rings again:

Vacationing--Whether it's a pilgrimage to the Gulf of Mexico, a trip to the lake, Rock City, or Wall Drug, get out of Dodge and relax. The destination is immaterial; getting away is the point. Americans take far less vacation time than Europeans, and generally wear........
