Editorial: Sounds good, Mr. McCoy, but let's hear more

Albany County Executive Dan McCoy is considering moving county workers from downtown offices to the former College of Saint Rose campus. The county's downtown building, at 112 State St. near City Hall and the state Capitol, would be sold to a developer for a conversion to housing.
We'll give Mr. McCoy points for creativity and initiative. And since the proposal offers promise for the vacant campus and the surrounding Pine Hills neighborhood, we're cautiously optimistic.
