In a time when Canadians are supporting Canadian businesses one must question the audacity of the Victoria Airport Authority giving the airport parking contract to an American company.

Robbins Parking, a local company, has had the contract for many years. As our provincial government has asked that American companies not be offered contracts, why is the Victoria Airport Authority allowed to make this choice?

LAZ may be a known leader and it may handle parking at 33 American airports, however this is not enough reason to abandon a Canadian company in support of an American one.

How many times do motorcyclists or drivers have to die before action is taken?

And no doubt the Russian leader Vladimir Putin is “mad as hell” but today seems smaller as his Kremlin throne swallows his diminished form.

It should be noted: no hospitals, no schools, no apartments, no playgrounds were targeted in the attack — only warplanes! No women or children or aged babas were........
