New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Saturday (July 18) morning picked up Ladakhi innovator and activist Sonam Wangchuk, who was on the 21st day of an indefinite hunger strike, and forcefully took him to hospital.

The police claimed on X that this move was done according to high court orders based “on expert medical advise due to the deteriorating health condition” of Wangchuk.
