More recently, the government has focused on efforts like the Clean Green Pakistan Movement and the Ten Billion Tree Tsunami project, which aim to increase forest cover and tackle air pollution. Pakistan has been actively involved in international climate negotiations, such as the Paris Agreement, and has sought climate finance and technical support to address its vulnerabilities.
