In recent times, there have been countless planning applications for new labs and offices.

Think Botley Road, Oxpens, Hythe Bridge Street and now Grenoble Road.

Many will say this is great news and exactly what Oxford needs.

More high tech companies and research means more money for the Oxford economy and cements the city's place as the UK's premier tech hub.
