For decades, the shadow of narcotics has loomed over our streets, threatening the fabric of our society and the potential of our youth. However, under the current leadership, the Government of Sindh has moved past rhetoric. We have entered a phase of decisive, surgical, and uncompromising action. As the province stands at a crossroads, our message is clear: the era of impunity for drug peddlers and their facilitators is over.

The recent high-profile arrest of Anmol, widely known as ‘Pinki,’ serves as a stark warning to those who thought they were “too sophisticated” to be caught. Operating a complex network that supplied cocaine and ice to Karachi’s most affluent neighbourhoods, including DHA and Clifton, Pinki utilised modern delivery methods and female riders to evade traditional profiling.

Her capture by the Sindh Police and civilian intelligence agencies is not just a tactical win; it is a symbolic one. It proves that whether a dealer is operating in a dark alley or through an encrypted app in a high-rise, the Sindh Government’s reach is absolute. We have officially given a “pink slip”........
