A defining feature of Pakistan’s recent diplomatic success has been its proactive engagement on the international stage. Across political, military and governmental spheres, outreach has been steady and deliberate, aimed at consolidating existing partnerships while identifying new areas of cooperation. Central to this approach has been not only renewed engagement with traditional regional partners such as Iran, Saudi Arabia and China, but also the cultivation of ties with countries where Pakistan has historically had limited bilateral interaction.
