Our brains are rotting

According to the New York Post, the average person in New York scrolls a distance of 81.14 miles in one year. Why is this?

This is a result of doom scrolling, where people are frying their brains consuming social media.

Brain rot is a real thing and is caused by scrolling on social media and obtaining that dopamine hit from finding a new video every 20-30 seconds.

The constant load that these people are having on their own dopamine receptors are literally frying them. This means that people may not find as much joy in doing daily tasks.

This is becoming an issue in society today because kids are getting their hands on this media over consumption and are........
