Republican erupts at TMZ reporter over DHS funding questions: ‘Talk to the f‑‑‑ing Democrats’

Rep. Dan Meuser (R-Pa.) snapped at a reporter for TMZ who peppered him with questions about Congress’s inability to pass a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding bill and the upcoming recess.

“It’s good to see you bro,” the video the outlet posted showed TMZ’s Charlie Cotton saying to Meuser as he was walked to the U.S. Capitol on Thursday. “I’m a bit frustrated that Congress is going on another break right now,” Cotton continued.

“You got to keep in mind something, we work for our constituents,” Meuser said. “When we go on so-called recess, it’s district work week. I think there’s reason for perhaps staying, if we can get it done.”
