It’s Tuesday. I’m a few days late to this party, but did you know that McDonald’s now has a chicken Caesar snack wrap?! Now you know my plans at 12:31 p.m. today, but maybe without lettuce 😅

🕊️ THE BUZZ IN WASHINGTON

Graham’s funeral is the place to be today:

The funeral for the late Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) is happening today in Washington. His body arrived at the U.S. Capitol this morning. World leaders will then gather at the National Cathedral at 2 p.m. for his funeral service.

💻 Watch today’s funeral services live

President Trump is expected to deliver a eulogy, honoring his close ally and golf buddy. The Washington Post’s Dan Diamond reports that Graham’s sudden death has really affected the president, who has been publicly and privately pondering his own mortality.

“In the days that followed, Trump returned repeatedly to the loss, publicly marveling at how someone so active could be gone, privately musing on whether the senator’s punishing travel schedule had contributed and searching for answers in family history and genetics.” (The Washington Post)

Who is attending?: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, FBI Director Kash Patel and many others.

^ In fact, South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott (R) says the details were hard to plan because “so many global leaders” wanted to attend.

The services will continue on Wednesday: Graham’s body will then head to South Carolina for more funeral services on Wednesday. His family will then have a private burial.
