6 arrested for alleged kidnap, torture at Florida Margaritaville

(NewsNation) — Six men were arrested on federal charges for an alleged double kidnapping and torture, which included a blowtorch, at a Margaritaville Resort in Hollywood, Fla.

According to a federal criminal complaint obtained by NewsNation, one of the suspects, identified as 19-year-old Saul Alfonso Fajardo, asked the two victims if they wanted to smoke weed in Fajardo’s car in the parking garage. All individuals agreed.

After arriving at the car, a witness called the police to report multiple people had taken the two victims by gunpoint and placed them in two separate vehicles.

One victim reported to police during the alleged kidnapping, one of the suspects, identified as 20-year-old Justin Phihoang Le, had shoved a cloth item in his mouth and began burning his........
