Pro-Mutilation Trans Attorney Smacked Down By Supreme Court
There’s a small but strident contingent of American adults who are very invested in child castration. The Supreme Court just put one more roadblock in their way.
In a 6-3 ruling, the Supreme Court upheld a Tennessee law prohibiting “sex transition treatments” for minors, more precisely described as “elective mutilations for children.” Justices Ketanji Brown Jackson, Sonia Sotomayor, and Elena Kagan dissented from the majority opinion.
No one is more disappointed, I’m sure, than Chase Strangio, a staff attorney with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). Strangio appeared before the Supreme Court to argue against the ban.
