Democratic Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett seems to be gunning for the title of America’s “Nuttiest Elected Official.”

Crockett appeared on an episode of television host Hasan Minhaj’s podcast this Wednesday, donning her finest highlighter-yellow, shoulder-padded suit jacket for the occasion. Crockett shared her insights on political violence with Minhaj.

“The violence doesn’t come from Democrats just to be clear. I mean, obviously, anyone can be a criminal. But it is MAGA, specifically MAGA faction, like I don’t think traditional Republicans are getting engaged in all of this. But, like, even when we look at, and they don’t talk about the assassination attempts anymore, that took place with Donald Trump, but these … were Trump supporters, right.”
