Name, Image, Likeness (NIL), the same disease that infected college sports, has now spread to nearly all high school athletes across America.
The Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) approved “Personal Branding Activities” (NIL) for high school athletes Jan. 27. Michigan was one of the few remaining states that hadn’t fully caved to allow NIL in high school sports.
